Since 2016, our factories have built mattresses for RV manufacturers. Today that’s four facilities, more than 1 million square feet and hundreds of skilled people in Ohio, Georgia, Texas and South Carolina.
We know the odd RV sizes, the clipped corners and the bunks, because we build them every day.
Nobody Was Getting

As RVers ourselves, we kept running into the same problem. The mattress that came with the rig was thin, and the replacements were imported, uncomfortable or out of reach on price.
Nobody in the U.S. was making RV mattresses in American factories that were comfortable and fairly priced. So we decided to make them ourselves.

Grew up in the bedding business and knows foam, fabric and the factory floor inside out.
Each of us is a dad, so we know what a good night means, for us and for the kids in the bunk.
